Naira (Shivangi Joshi) is suffering from brain tumor where the surgery could cause her memory loss, while Naira is shattered and has decided to walk out of Kartik's life,
Naira seeks help from Suwarna and Suwarna eventually realizes how she ousted her from Kartik's life and now Naira herself is asking her to separate them.
Kartik is already broken after Naira refused to marry him, but while Suwarna takes promise from Kartik that he will do the same she will ask him to do,
Kartik gifts his wedding card to Naira which lands Naira in deep shock and the family is stunned with Kartik's step.
