Deeda is trying to keep Kunal away from Nandini and thus spikes his drink to make him sleep and not go to do pooja with Nandini.
Kunal gets shocked as he wakes up and realise that he is too late and reaches durga pooja to find Nandini.
Mauli is also present in that Durga pooja and coincidence makes Kunal fill Mauli's hairline and in turn Mauli applies her sindoor to Nandini.
Nandini and Mauli are shocked with it and realise that may be it's Durga maa's wish that they share Kunal's love.
